Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use DR Checker.
Last updated: 2026-08-13
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drchecker.org and the services provided by DR Checker ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
DR Checker lets users look up, save, monitor, compare, and display domain-level website authority data. Features may include Domain Rating checks, historical records, leaderboards, discovery pages, comparisons, embeddable badges, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and related tools.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that any particular domain can be checked.
Domain Rating and Data Accuracy
Domain Rating (DR) is a third-party metric supplied by Ahrefs. It estimates the relative strength of a website's backlink profile on a logarithmic 0–100 scale. DR Checker is not Ahrefs, and Ahrefs does not control or endorse this service.
Results may be delayed, cached, rounded, unavailable, or differ from data shown elsewhere because of update timing, provider changes, target normalization, or technical issues. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness of any result. Domain Rating is not a Google metric or a direct Google ranking factor, and the service does not provide SEO, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the data.
Submitted Domains and Public Display
When you submit a domain or URL, you authorize us to process it through our systems and third-party data providers. The submitted domain and related non-personal metrics, history, timestamps, category, and metadata may be saved and displayed publicly throughout the service.
You must not submit confidential hostnames, private network addresses, internal URLs, or information that you are not permitted to submit. Submitting a domain does not give you ownership of its page, data, or listing on DR Checker.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create accounts using another person's identity or use the service after your access has been suspended without our permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
- Probe, scan, attack, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
- Bypass authentication, credits, rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions.
- Use bots, scraping, bulk requests, or automated tools in a manner that harms the service or exceeds an interface or API limit we provide.
- Resell, mirror, or redistribute the service or its data in a misleading or unauthorized way.
- Submit malware, deceptive content, private network targets, or requests intended to cause harm.
- Abuse accounts, promotions, payments, refunds, or support channels.
We may rate-limit, reject, or block requests that threaten reliability, security, third-party provider limits, or fair access for other users.
Paid Services
If you purchase a paid plan, credits, or subscription, the price, billing period, included features, and applicable payment provider will be shown at checkout. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method. Taxes and currency conversion charges may apply.
Subscriptions renew only as disclosed during checkout. You may cancel a subscription using available account controls or by contacting support; cancellation normally applies to future renewal periods and does not retroactively refund completed charges. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. If a payment provider's terms conflict with these Terms for payment processing, that provider's terms govern its processing activities.
Intellectual Property
The DR Checker service, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, metrics, and data remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or third-party data.
Third-Party Services and Links
The service relies on and may link to third-party services, including data, authentication, analytics, hosting, payment, and communication providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their separate terms and privacy practices.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, comply with law, respond to provider restrictions, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, continued availability of third-party data, or any particular SEO or business outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DR Checker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or search performance arising from or related to the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
